Hello, friends! Are you ready for a weekend filled with creativity, color, and delicious fun? Let’s jump into the delightful world of teddy bears and cookies with this adorable activity combo!

🖍️ Teddy Bears’ Picnic Coloring Page

Imagine a cozy picnic scene with five cuddly bears enjoying sandwiches, crispy apples, and sweet cupcakes. This newest addition to the Pond Coloring Club is perfect for kids (and adults!) who love to color and dream up picnic adventures.

What would you bring to a teddy bears’ picnic? 🍪 How about cookies? Which leads us to…

🍪 Teddy Bear & Reindeer Cookie Decorating

No picnic is complete without cookies! Here's a simple decorating activity for children to bring their picnic vision to life. Whether you're making a bear or a reindeer, these cookies are a sweet addition to your afternoon fun.

Cookie Decorating Steps

  1. Get your cookie.
Start with a round or oval cookie.

  2. Spread the icing.
Use a small spoon to spread icing across the top.

  3. Add sprinkles.
Sprinkle brown chocolate sprinkles to create fur or texture.

  4. Make the face.

    • Add two candy eyes or chocolate chips for the eyes.

    • Place a red candy for the reindeer’s nose, or use a small marshmallow for the bear’s nose.

  5. Add the finishing touches.

    • For reindeer: Break a pretzel in half and stick the pieces at the top for antlers.

    • For bears: Place two mini marshmallows at the top for ears.

  6. Enjoy your masterpiece!
Get ready to eat your cookies at a tea party, picnic, or just as a tasty snack.

✏️ Bring the Picnic to Life

  1. Start by coloring the Teddy Bears’ Picnic page with your favorite crayons, pencils, or markers.

  2. Make your cookies using the instructions above.

  3. Set the scene! Lay out your coloring page, cookies, and maybe even a placemat for a mini tea party or picnic.

💌 More Fun on the Way

Don’t forget – there’s more sweetness coming soon! Our next newsletter will include a free placemat coloring page for your tea party or class picnic, plus more fun surprises. Stay tuned!
